6 Data Sharing & International Transfers

Data sharing with any payment processor is limited to what is required to process the specific transaction.
7 Data Retention
Personal Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
- Account data and transaction records are retained for a minimum period determined by applicable AML and licensing requirements, which may range from five to seven years from the date of the last transaction or account closure.
- KYC and identity verification documents are retained for the period required by the applicable anti-money laundering framework, and deleted securely thereafter.
- Customer support communications are retained for a period sufficient to resolve any ongoing disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
- Usage and analytics data may be retained in aggregated, anonymised form indefinitely for platform improvement purposes, provided it no longer constitutes Personal Data.

11 Minors & Age Protection
The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. 777ura does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals below the required minimum age.
- Where we become aware that Personal Data has been submitted by a minor, we will delete that data promptly and close the associated account.

- This Policy applies solely to data collected and processed by 777ura in connection with the Platform.
- Any personal data you provide directly to a third-party service provider — such as a payment processor — is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.
- 777ura does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or security practices of any third-party services accessed in connection with payment processing or game content delivery.
13 Policy Amendments
777ura reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to the categories of data collected, changes to data-sharing arrangements, or changes affecting your rights — we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users prior to the effective date of the change.
