1 Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777ura ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your registration, access and use of the 777ura online gaming platform available at https://777ura.cam and any associated services, applications or communications.
777ura is an online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino games, slot games, table games and related content. The platform is operated in English and displays balances and transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of users in Pakistan and internationally. All content on 777ura is directed at adult audiences only.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of 777ura, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Important: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 777ura does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority or financial institution. 2 Definitions
In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
"Account"
The individual registered account created by a User on the 777ura platform, subject to verification and these Terms.
"Balance"
The total funds held in a User's Account, displayed in PKR, comprising real-money deposits, winnings and any credited bonus funds separately tracked.
"Bonus Funds"
Credits awarded as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements and subject to separate Bonus Terms issued at the time of the offer.
"KYC"
Know Your Customer procedures, comprising identity verification, age verification and source-of-funds checks, conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
"Wagering Requirement"
The number of times a specified amount (typically the bonus, or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before funds become eligible for withdrawal. Stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x).
"Platform"
The 777ura website, mobile-optimised interface, any associated applications, and all games, features and services made available therethrough.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"
Any country or territory in which accessing, using or registering on the Platform is unlawful, restricted or requires a local licence not held by the operator.
3 Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
- Acceptance of these Terms is a precondition of registration and continued use of the Platform.
- Where any conflict arises between these Terms and any specific game rules, bonus terms or promotional terms, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of that specific matter only.
- These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version.
- 777ura reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Users. Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4 Account Eligibility
Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to eligible individuals. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the jurisdiction in which you are located.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited, restricted or subject to licensing requirements not satisfied by the operator.
- You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or as a proxy for an ineligible individual.
- You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of 777ura or its associated operators.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently excluded from 777ura or associated platforms.
- You have not been diagnosed with, or identified as suffering from, a gambling addiction or compulsive gambling disorder that is currently untreated.
Age Verification: 777ura takes underage gambling extremely seriously. KYC age verification may be requested at any time, including prior to any withdrawal being processed. Accounts found to be registered by individuals below the required minimum age will be closed and all funds forfeited.
5 Account Registration & Security
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, fund forfeiture and permanent exclusion.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep this information up to date at all times.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 777ura will never ask you to share your password by email, chat or any other means.
- Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you, unless you have notified 777ura in writing of a security breach in a timely manner.
- You must notify 777ura immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
- 777ura reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent registration information has been provided.
6 Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the operator's current payment procedures, applicable limits and KYC requirements. Balances and transactions are displayed in PKR for the convenience of Pakistani users.
- Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful processing, subject to any applicable fraud screening.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
- Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Real-money balances not subject to any wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
- 777ura reserves the right to request supporting documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address and evidence of payment method ownership.

- Withdrawal processing timelines are operator-dependent and may range from same-day to several business days depending on the payment method and verification status.
Currency Display: All amounts on 777ura are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for local convenience. The operator may conduct transactions in a different base currency; PKR figures are approximate display conversions only unless otherwise confirmed by the operator.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional rewards ("Bonuses") made available through 777ura are subject to these general Terms as well as specific Bonus Terms issued at the time of each offer. In the event of conflict, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail.
- Bonuses are credited to a player's Account following fulfilment of any applicable qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum deposit, use of a specific payment method, opt-in requirement).
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Until the applicable wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus-derived funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be met within any time limit stated in the specific Bonus Terms. Unmet wagering requirements after the expiry period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated Bonus-derived winnings.
- 777ura reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any Bonus at any time where abuse, fraud or manipulation is suspected.
- Each Bonus is available to one Account per eligible player, per household address and per payment method, unless otherwise specified.
- Bonuses may carry game contribution weighting — for example, certain slot games may contribute 100% towards wagering requirements while table games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates will be stated in the specific Bonus Terms.
8 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games participated in through the Platform are governed by applicable game-specific rules, odds formats and payout structures. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or market before participating.
- Sports betting odds are presented in decimal format. Decimal odds represent total return per unit staked, inclusive of the original stake. For example, PKR 1,000 staked at odds of 2.50 returns PKR 2,500 total (PKR 1,500 profit).
- A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted and recorded by the Platform's system. Verbal or pre-confirmation selections are not binding.
- 777ura reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in odds has occurred, where a technical fault affected the game outcome, or where the integrity of a market or event is in question.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the Platform's records shall be the authoritative reference. If a technical malfunction is identified, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
- Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test and T20I series — are subject to applicable cricket governing body rules. Suspended or abandoned matches are settled per the operator's sporting rules.
- Slot game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are stated on a per-game basis where available. All figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
- Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information or KYC documentation.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, system faults or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk exposure, coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts, or any pattern of play inconsistent with legitimate recreational gaming.
- Collusion with other players, including the sharing of hand information in live card games or coordinated betting to manipulate outcomes.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any activity that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering or counter-financing-of-terrorism legislation.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other players through support or communication channels.
Consequences: 777ura takes all forms of platform abuse, fraud and money laundering seriously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the Platform reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation, report activity to appropriate authorities, and permanently close the Account without appeal in severe cases.
10 Responsible Gambling
777ura is committed to responsible gambling practices. Gambling must remain an entertainment activity. It carries inherent financial risk and is not a reliable source of income. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible to all registered players.
- Deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) may be set by the player at any time and take effect immediately when reduced.
- Session time limits and reality check reminders can be configured to alert players to the duration of their current session.
- Loss limits restrict the net amount that may be lost over a specified period.
- Cooling-off periods temporarily restrict access to the Account for a defined duration chosen by the player.
- Self-exclusion permanently or semi-permanently closes the Account and prevents re-registration for the exclusion period. Players in need of support are encouraged to activate self-exclusion immediately.

11 Intellectual Property
All content on the 777ura Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, logos, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, data compilations and page layouts — is the intellectual property of 777ura or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.
- Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
- This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, public display or any other use of Platform content beyond normal use of the gaming interface.
- Use of any Platform content for commercial purposes, including scraping, data extraction, affiliate misrepresentation or publication elsewhere, is prohibited without prior written consent.
- All trademarks, service marks and trade names displayed on the Platform are proprietary to 777ura or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants any right or licence to use such marks.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ura excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following:
- Any loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes. All gaming results are determined by random number generation or live event outcomes; no outcome is guaranteed.
- Interruptions, technical faults, server downtime or connectivity issues that prevent access to the Platform or result in lost sessions or unsaved bet data.
- Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data or reputational harm.
- The conduct of third-party payment processors, game content providers or data suppliers integrated with the Platform.
- Any reliance on information displayed on the Platform including odds, statistical data, game rules summaries or promotional descriptions, where that reliance results in financial loss.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using 777ura, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk, that losses are possible on every bet or game session, and that outcomes are not predictable. Never stake funds you cannot afford to lose.
13 Privacy & Data Processing
The collection, processing and storage of personal data submitted by Users in connection with their use of the Platform is governed by the 777ura Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
- Personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, platform personalisation and communication.
- Player data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Cookie and tracking technologies are used on the Platform to maintain session state, analyse usage patterns and improve performance. Cookie usage is subject to the Privacy Policy.
- Players have rights in respect of their personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion and restriction, subject to applicable legal obligations such as AML record-keeping requirements.
14 Amendments & Termination
777ura reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users through the Platform interface, email or other appropriate communication channel.
- Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure through the support channel before the effective date of the amendment.
- 777ura may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC within required timelines, or where the operation of the Account creates a legal, regulatory or commercial risk to the Platform.
- Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or 777ura — any real-money balance not subject to a wagering requirement or ongoing investigation will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable identity checks.
